1. Charities are to submit a request at least 10 working days before their first preferred session (i.e. for a consultation on Monday, submit the form on Wednesday.).
2. A confirmation email will be sent at least 1 working day before the actual session.
3. Consultation clinics are conducted on online via Zoom.
4. The clinics are limited to only questions relating to the Charity Transparency Awards 2024 and Charity Transparency Framework. For other charity related matters, charities may enquire through Charity_Council_Sec@mccy.gov.sg

Before registering for the clinic, charities should first check if they meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the awards. To qualify for CTA 2024, charities must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Be a registered charity and/or an Institution of a Public Character (IPC) which has been in operation in Singapore for at least three (3) years. For CTA 2024, it would mean that the charities must be registered before 31 Dec 2019;
2. Have submitted their Annual Reports, Financial Statements, and Governance Evaluation Checklists on time for the two (2) immediate preceding financial years. For CTA 2024, it would mean that the charities must submit their FY2021 and FY2022 Annual Reports, Financial Statements and Governance Evaluation Checklists on time; and
3. Have gross annual receipts of not less than $50,000 in the immediate preceding financial year. For CTA 2024, it would mean that the charities must have gross annual receipts of not less than $50,000 in FY2022.

Note: FY2021 refers to the charity's financial year ending in between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2021. FY2022 refers to the charity's financial year ending in between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022.
